Gmail Data Access

LioDesk™ integrates with Gmail via Google OAuth to provide seamless email management. When you connect your Gmail account, LioDesk™ accesses your Gmail data for the following purposes only:

• Reading inbound emails — to display customer messages in your LioDesk™ inbox.
• Sending replies — to send emails on your behalf when you respond to conversations through LioDesk™.

LioDesk™'s use of Gmail data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

OAuth Token Storage

We securely store OAuth access and refresh tokens using industry-standard encryption. These tokens are used solely to authenticate requests to Gmail on your behalf and are never exposed to third parties.

Data Use & Advertising

We do not sell your data. We do not use your Gmail data or any personal information for advertising purposes. Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the LioDesk™ service.

Disconnecting Gmail

You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time by navigating to Settings → My Email within LioDesk™ and clicking "Disconnect." This immediately revokes our access to your Gmail data and deletes the stored tokens.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
